Wakeboarding Unleashed gecancelt

February 21, 2003 - Today, publisher Activision has confirmed that its Wakeboarding Unleashed Featuring Shaun Murray extreme sports title is no longer in development for the Nintendo GameCube.
Originally announced for all three major consoles, the game had been scheduled for a March 2003 release on the Cube until now. Representatives from Activision stated that the company had recently reevaluated its upcoming software line-up and decided it best to only release the game on the PS2 and Xbox this spring, in addition to a handheld version on the Game Boy Advance. No further details were divulged regarding the cancellation, but we are definitely as disappointed to hear the news as all GameCube fans are.

Mich würde interessieren warum sie es gecancelt haben. Naja egal, aber auf der PS2 hat das Spiel bestimmt gute Verkaufschancen!

Tja irgendjemand braucht sowas, denn sonst würde Activision es nicht produzieren, und für genau diesen jemand kommt der Gamecube als Konsole jetzt nicht mehr in Frage...

Kann sein, dass Activision derbe Entwicklungsprobleme mit dem GC hat - schon das zweite gecancelte Spiel nach Race of Champions...
